Online Reservation Form
Please note that Camp Hidden Valley now uses an online reservation form in an effort to save paper and
turn more environmentally green. Paper reservation forms will no longer be processed by the camp office.
Hold Harmless Agreement
If your organization currently does not have a hold harmless agreement for camping trips, we provided you
with one above. This agreement will be a requirement for summer 2012.
Check in/out sheet
All organizations are provided with a check in/out sheet through email prior to their reservation date. All
organizations are required to fill out this form. If you lost the form, or never received it, you may print it out
using the link above.
